Just 12 months at a time - that’s what my last email said. Then free renew again for another 12 months. Same details to logon etc.
Is it supposed to auto renew? The only way I could see to renew the subscription from my Comodo accounts was to pay for a new one.
I don’t think so. I got the expiry notice and just created a new year subscription with exactly the same details from the Valkyrie page itself . . . . not renewing from the email or my Comodo account
Hm, I don’t see any options within the Valkyrie account to renew. Will just create a support ticket, thanks for trying to help though!
