There is no official av update files. You can however try the following (this will allow you to use a download manager as the connection supports resuming).

Well there is a “workaround” for this, you can download this latest full version of the database here:http://download.comodo.com/av/updates311/sigs/bases/BASE_END_USER_v2655.cav
This is the complete database till version 2655, after that you will only get the incremental updates till the latest current version. To activate this do the following.
Download this file
Boot in Safe-Mode, go to the path c:\program files\comodo\comodo internet security\scanners
Rename bases.cav to bases.old or something similar
Copy the downloaded BASE_END_USER_v2655.cav to this folder and rename it to bases.cav
Copy this bases.cav also to the …\repair folder and overwrite the file that’s there already.
Reboot and you should only have to update a few incremental updates on dial-up.
