Not clear for me: browsing with Comodo Dragon, or with your usual browser and using CIS (if so, please specify it as well as your OS)?

If you use TrustConnect it will change your IP address.

You can use JonDo, which is a JAVA applet that runs locally and encrypts all your outgoing traffic into cascaded servers, all in an attempt to obliterate not only your IP but also everything you’re requesting as well. I’ve used it for years – JonDonym Software Downloads.
Also, you can get out of Google’s spy game by using https://ssl.scroogle.org/ for your searches. It gives you Google results, but ostensibly doesn’t keep logs of your accesses. That also keeps ISPs and others from aggregating search queries. It also keeps you off of Google’s cookies they set.
