Is searchfilterhost.exe a virus? [Locked]

CIS RC1 identified searchfilterhost.exe in the system32 directory as a virus. I moved it into quarantine and was unable to access to it without restoring it. Is there a quick way I can send the item in quarantine for analysis?

Just to confirm this FP has been fixed in DB version 406. Current as of now is 413.
