Is Sandbox & Defense+ works if I exit CIS?

Hello guys,

I think what I asked is clear.
I need to know that if I exit CIS icon(not disable) then Sandbox and Defense+ or Antivirus still working or not?

If I run a Malware without CIS icon in system try then what can happen? Maybe it change Sandbox to autodeny without any popup from sandbox or Defense+!! ???

If you exit the gui you will have no alerts so applications will be denied to run.

Though if you have the Firewall and Defense+ in Safe mode all safe applications will run.
