What do you mean ā€œdeleted with Defense+ā€??

D+ doesnā€™t delete files. It just allows or denies access to files.

If you go to ā€œMy Blocked Filesā€ within D+

Where you add files to be blocked, there is a ā€œdelete fileā€ buttonā€¦ I stupidly deleted files using this button instead of using the remove button.

I think your only hope is to use a third party undelete tool, like Recuva (freeware).

Please note, the more you have used the system after deleting the files, the less chance there is of a successful file recovery.

I do have a undelete tool already, will try in a bit.
Luckily I also have the files on a back up disc so even though it will be a pain Iā€™m not beaten.

Note to self, donā€™t change anything CIS after just waking up lol.
