Is CPF Protecting Me?

I’ve read the tutorials, searched the forum, and am still confused. Please help educate me as to whether I’m protected on my computer…

Network Monitor:

0 Allow IP Out Source: Any Remote: Zone: (my network card 192.168.0.0 / 192.169.0.255) Where IPPROTO is any
1 Allow IP In Source: Zone: (as above in remote) Remote: Any Where IPPROTO is any
2 Allow IP Out Source: Any Remote: Any Where IPPROTO is any
3 Block & Log IP In Source: Any Remote: Any Where IPPROTO is any

If you are not behind a wifi-router you are protected

Edit: Why is there 192.168.0.0 / 192.169.0.255?
I hope that you meant 192.168.0.0 / 192.168.0.255
