Is Comodo Firewall enough against Botnets?

I was wondering if Comodo is a good barrier against Botnets, or maybe I should utilize something else against them? My antivirus right now is Avira free version.

Avira doesnt have spyware protection. Better off with Avast and Comodo.

Yeah, you could use Avast. Personally I use Avira and SuperAntiSpywarePro.

CIS doesn’t exist as of now so why recommend it.
