IS CIS FULLY compatible w/Linux? In particular Ubuntu?

Because I just DL’d the latest version of CIS, & am using the latest version of L.U.-16.04 LTS & when I try to install the CIS, it gets to 100% unpacked, & then just closes out w/out ANY msgs at all! It just fails ??? EVERYTIME! Sooooo, is it not compatible w/Linux? Or just not Ubuntu? Please help! Thanx.

CIS is for Windows only. There is CAVL for Linux, but it has not been updated in a long time.

A very Very long time. I believe we are now around 4 years since it last worked. Unfortunately it appears the Comodo team has decided to ignore the Linux desktop.
