IP's in question - CPF Access Denied - good or bad?

I am noticing 2 IP’s coming IN on ICMP that are denied access. The first is 239.255.255.250 and the second is 10.8.0.1. I am not aware of these IP’s being internally based like the 192.168 #'s. Should I allow them or not? They do seem to be persistant, frequent and long running. I don’t seem to be having any problems… OK major problems but am curious. TIA

The 239.255.255.250 is for multicast. Are you sure it’s ICMP? It should be IGMP…
It’s for streaming audio/video on your network. In my router I can turn it on or off. I have it on, and I have made rules that allow the connections.
Do as you please, allow or block them. It depends if you use multicast or not.
I’m not sure about the other one.
