I have been running Comodo Firewall for a while, and have downloaded Comodo AV…But, on reboot it opens CAV and then freezes the system, which is Win XP SP2. On uninstall of CAV all is well again. Is this clash of the two programs a known issue? (:AGY)

I doubt there is a clash between CPF and CAVS. However, there have been reports of CAVS causing freezes which is looking to be fixed. You must remember CAVS is still in it beta stages so will have bugs like this. It will be a stable around mid-October.
