Hi, someone please help!
My email was compromised yesterday and I am trying to do some clean up.
I downloaded CCE several times but when I open the CCE zip file, I cannot find CCE.exe file to run. Also no icon on my desktop to click on.

home button START | Search | Files and Folders | CCE.exe
After unzipping the folder there should be a file called CCE. Double click on that.

I did everything you said about finding the CCE file, extracting it, and clicking on the CCE.exe file. When I double click on the CCE.exe file, my computer gives me a warning sound like something is wrong and nothing changes on the screen. I’ve done it several times with the same results.
What am I doing wrong?
Is this warning sound perhaps the one for UAC? Please see if it will allow you to run it if UAC is temporarily disabled.
Pardon my PC acronym ignorance…what is UAC?

My Windows User Accounts only lets me create a new account or delete. I can’t turn it off.
