installing BOClean with Comodo Internet Security

Hi. I have Comodo Internet Security 3.8.659etc. installed.

Trying to install BOClean I am getting an error that it is already installed.

However, I do NOT have it already installed.

So my question is:

  • Does CIS already have this functionality built into it?

  • Is there some sort of installation issue with the two products installed simultaneously?

BOClean will be integrated in to CIS in the next release (3.9) :slight_smile:

It will add a whole new level of functionality, since BOClean scans memory, not files :wink:

First of all, CIS 3.8 has no BOClean funcionality. It will be in CIS 3.9 as Beanie mentioned :slight_smile:

But are you refering to the pop-up screen during the installation of BOClean ???

BOClean needs to be installed cleanly. Are you sure there are no other copies of BOClean on this machine ?

You should answer that with : Yes.
