Installed update and got a virus warning

I just clicked the Comodo icon to get an update and AVG has given me a warning that it’s found Virus Win32/PePatch, located …Comodo\Firewall pro\data\temp files\heur.cav
would this be a false positive or could something else have taken advantage as I was updating?

Product version says 3.5.57173.439

That’s a false positive from AVG. Disable AVG while installing the update.
