Installation Errors

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of CBU and attempted to install it this morning. After a restart, I saw a yellow message at the top of the program stating there were installation errors. Below are excerpts from the diag logs. I noticed first it stated I was running WinXP. I am actually running Win 7 Pro.

Also…there were several files that are DAMAGED (see below)

What can I do to resolve this issue?

Please help.

Please right click on CBU.exe in installation folder, Compatibility TAB, and make sure it isn’t set to run in compatibility mode for other Windows.

Thanks

I saw that response in a previous post and tried that already. No compatibility option is checked.

Please go to registry (you can use regedit): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion and let me know what is the value for “ProductName”.
If you have Windows 7 Pro it should be: ‘Windows 7 Professional’

Thanks
