Hello, I recently decided to try using the Secure Shopping component of CIS. When I started Secure Shopping, it notified me that it needed to install those components. However, I get an error when it tries to install that says, “7-Zip: Data error. The archive is corrupted, or invalid password was entered.” Then, after I close that dialoge window, I recieve another error message that says, “Cannot install COMODO Secure Shopping Error: 8. Not enough storage is available to process this command.” What would you recommend that I do?
I tried to create the system log files that you said you wanted when someone posts an installation problem, but I was only partially successful. I attached the DebugView log file, but I was not able to find any log files in my temp folder that begin with “cis” after completing steps 4 and 5. I included all of the log files that might be related during the time I tried to create the logs. Also, when I tried to do step 6, I could not find the “autoruns.arn” file after following the steps.
