Infinite CIS scan

Hello everyone,
I just signed onto my Administrator account only to find CIS has been scanning since 1/2/2012!

Scanning: My Computer
c\windows\system32\igfxsrvc.dll
odbects scanned: 312
threats found: 0
start time: 1/2/2012 9:43:44AM
duration: 00:42:29

I cannot stop the scan

stop button will not stop the scan
Task Manager will not stop the scan.

Please upgrade to 5.9 as there have been several fixes in the AV engine during 5.5 / 5.8 and now 5.9.
