It just kinda makes sense IMO.
Not a big deal, but I think that a more streamlined product listing would help from a marketing standpoint.

Just as another component. A lot of suites like Advanced SystemCare or Glary Utilities has malware removal components.
This isn’t so much a technical benefit as it is purely a marketing idea.

I don’t agree.
CCE is a pure, heavy tool to remove infections and it could be extremely dangerous for novices.
While I understand that sentiment, it’s not hard to create a simple scan option and then a link to the more detailed toolkit. There are many UI design techniques that would buffer the novice user from the complexities of CCE in it current form.
The databases won’t even have to be downloaded until the need arises.
