Include CAVL in linux software centres

I think you should ask the devs of major linux distros to include CAVL in their software download centre. Because in some linux distros (eg PCLINUXOS) it is quite difficult to install a program that is not directly downloaded through Synaptic Package Manager.

CAVL in still in Beta stage. I think they will add it when a final version is released.

Right, as a PCLinuxOS user I'm looking at whether CAVL would install, as you say our Distro is made up of packages from the repos, and installing outside of them is discouraged. I can't see Linux being free from Viruses forever. ;)
