i have KIS 6 running on one of my computers and it alerts me that hl2.exe (counter-strike: source) has changed every time i start the game. if comodo can ignore these changes i just might switch firewalls.
There are certain copy protection mechanisms that dynamically generate files that are written to the hard drive at runtime. This may be what is generating the continual warnings.
In CPF, you can create an application monitor rule that specifies HL.EXE as the application and turn on “Skip Advanced Security Checks” (located on the Miscellaneous tab when you are setting the application rule up).
