iexplore refuses communication [resolved]

Hey this is my first post since i didn’t have problems with cpf
now cpf shows
that iexplore acts as a server
iexplore refuses communication
have Iexplore 7 beta 2
it not my problem since i use firefox but now i cant use windows updates’
using 2.3 beta
win xp
any help would be apreaciated
