What I’d like to see is a program that can examine a machine & its OS, & tell users what files are needed & what files are not. I mean for example, how many programs have multi-language files in them we just never use - but they’re installed as part & parcel of it all. Of course that’s just one example. Windows itself installs things … even dll’s that are just never used. I know they’re in there for the variety of machines their installers may encounter - but really … doesn’t that amount to us having files in our machines that we would never use? And how many files are in our machines we just don’t use or need? Who really knows?
Yeah, a security company like Comodo … doing something like that … now wouldn’t that do something to have them looking good in world-eyes?
