Ice Dragon no longer allows autoscroll w/ Logitech Trackman Marble Mouse… still works with Opera, Chrome and standard Firefox. Has something changed in past 2 weeks with Ice Dragon (update?)
forgot to mention using Window 8.1 64 bit and have Comodo Internet Security installed
