Also, if I can short cut the issue, you may want to make sure you allowed your internet to connect when it was trying to register, possibly try to allow ALL setting to register. As well, make sure you took the liscense key from the 2nd email, not the first, the first is just an order number. The second will be a longer string of numbers. You get sent two e-mails and many times in hotmail especially, it puts the second one into the junk mail so check that as well. If nothing works, try getting a different number and if that won’t work, try to issue a support ticket…
And they may be able to get it activated for you.
