I hate these as well… but, it is unlikely to be directly related to Comodo’s server (when the forums are… unwell… you usually get a plain white SMF sorry page). It is much more likely that this a DNS and/or connectivity issue somewhere between you (your ISP) and Comodo’s servers. In short, it is not something that Comodo can either control or fix.
