I get a pop up in foreign language when starting Ice dragon

As soon as Ice Dragon starts I get a pop up message in a foreign language.
I just want to know why

May be it is a bug in the translation? Can you post a screenshot of the pop up? To what language is your CID set? Does it also happen when you set CID to another language?
