I can't register for an account

I can’t use i3jmz+cam.comodo.com_RU5DRQ@rokejulianlockhart.anonaddy.me to register for an account at Account Management.

Any ideas of why? The e-mail address isn’t confidential – don’t worry.

We have checked and could able to register using valid mail ID.

@C.O.M.O.D.O_RT, what does that mean? The e-mail address I provided conforms to https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6854 and its predecessors.


I’ve just tried again:

  1. I had to remove the sub-address (this can be added later at Account Management).
  2. I waited 15 seconds for it to redirect me to Account Management.
  3. When at the same area as last time, Account Management, the Create button again didn’t operate.

The solution is to fill every entry in the forms, even Organization. The registration form doesn’t state this.

I’ve already registered. Why have you sent this? It wouldn’t even have addressed my original problem had I not found the solution.

No, @C.O.M.O.D.O_RT. If you read the solution I posted, the issue is clear

None of the forms are marked as mandatory, yet the user must fill all of them to proceed. If the user attempts to proceed without filling every form, the user is not notified.
