Every time I try to execute
cmdagent.exe
from it’s directory inside the command prompt nothing happens.
Just returns with another line.
Any help would be nice.

What exactly are you trying to do?
Well, I would like to manipulate the defensewall settings in the command prompt.
I just thought that a name like cmdagent would have switches to do that.
Please don’t leave me in the dark. :-[

Cmdagent.exe is the name of the process that CIS uses to protect your system. It will execute when your system boots.
If there are any command line switches to make any changes to Defense+, (which I highly doubt for obvious reasons) the developers haven’t released them.
