Make sure you’ve updated your CIS online… then…
(Your computer)
go to (Program Files)\COMODO\Comodo Internet Security\scanners and copy bases.cav to any
removable device… it is advisable to compress it to save space…
(Your Friend’s Computer)
then…restart your friend’s computer and go to safe mode… after that… overwrite bases.cav of your friend’s computer… on the same directory found above… [(Program Files)\COMODO\Comodo Internet Security\scanners] … then, you can now restart his\her computer to normal mode… and scan his\her Computer…
(very helpful when your friend’s computer has viruses…)
