How to uninstall Launch Pad?

I just installed the latest version of CPF that has its own icon, so I don’t need Launch Pad anymore. How do I uninstall it? I can’t even exit from it since the “Exit” menu option is greyed-out when I right-click on it. It doesn’t appear by itself in Add/Remove Programs, so I don’t know what else to do.

Any ideas?

By the way, this is Launch Pad version 1.0.0.4.
