How to UN-block an insecure application

Hi,

since I updated Comodo Dragon, I can’t run a web based application that Comodo thinks is insecure.
I NEED this for work & I can’t run it in ANY browser now!!

Any idea how to unblock insecure applications would be very appreciated!!
