How to set limits for connections

Is the newest (free) version of Comodo Firewall still able to limit the number of connections on a per-application basis?

Are you comparing 3.12 with 3.11, or 3.? series with 2.4 series.

I have never seen this function in all the versions since 3.0 alpha. The answer is no. I assume you are comparing to v2.4. Is that correct? (I never used 2.4).

Yes, I read where the older version supported this and wondered if the newest one did as well. (I’m using a version somewhere between the oldest and newest.)

This feature is not available in version 3.x
