How to make CVE connect to IdAuthority database ?

Hi All,
I am using CVE for the first time and am getting frequently the pop up that CVE is unable to connect to the IdAuthority database. I have added CVE as trusted application in my Network Security Policy but why am I geting this pop up ???

Hi Avinash,

As far as I know that is just temporary server failure (Comodo’ server site).
It happens sometimes. Yesterday I was getting that almost all day.
But usually it woks fine
