To extend your CWAF’s licence you should post request to extend your license in section WAF Support on:

https://support.comodo.com

and provide licence ID to extend.

I put a ticket in 1 week ago and no response as yet to renew CWAF licence.

Status: Open
Priority: Urgent

Does anyone check tickets or is CWAF being discontinued?

Hello,

I have the same question.

I had a ticket open in January 2022. I was asking about absence of any updates to CWAF free mod_security rules.
Reply that release of updated rules was “coming soon”.

There wasn’t any updates ever since.

Moreover, I tried to replied to the email thread and got an auto notification that I was registered an account with “NuSec”.
And silence.

Could you shed some light on this?
Is CWAF free mod_security rules discontinued?
Is update ever going to be released?
