How to exclude AV scan on external storage?

Hi,

I strongly need to tell CIS to NEVER perform a scan when I connect external devices via USB and (or, at least) when I put a SD card with my photos on the card reader. I think that I am not asking something strange :wink:

Doing following task

is simply unuseful: CIS does NOT understand my exclusions.
