How to do computer scan fully?

I cannot work during scanning but when if I leave my computer comodo antivirus goes sleeping with the computer

win7-x86 (32bit) cis5.0.162636.1135

other antiviruses (avg,clamwin) can scan the computer all day or over night

Unfortunately we do need this issue to be reported in the right format, and with all the information we have asked for, if we are to forward it to verified issues.

For the moment I am going to move it to the Orphaned/Resolved child board. If you do manage to edit your post to create a complete issue report in standard format, and PM an active mod, we will of course consider moving it to verified reports.

The devs only look at the Orphaned/Resolved board if they have time, so please do edit the post and PM an active mod if you want it fixed.

or maybe comodo scans very slowly

The bug/issue

  2. What actually happened or you actually saw: COMODO SCANS MY PC
  3. What you expected to happen or see: I WANT TO SCAN MY PC (AND COMODO SAYS: “DO IT”)

    WHEN I SCAN SINGLE FILES/FOLDERS COMODO IS THE FASTEST… COMODO SCANS VERY FAST

Many thanks for doing a report in standard format.

Devs need one further peice of information for a scan hang - either a hang dump file or the file that causes the hang.

there is no “scan hang”
I start scan and see there is normal scanning… After that I go to work
And at evening when I am back I see there are scanned 100 000 files only… after 10 hours…
In the russian tread I got the recommendation about archive scanning…
Now I have it unchecked and I will try again in next week ))) I hope this will resolve it
