How to cancel an order?

Hi

I made a mistake and unfortunately ordered a TERENA SSL Certificate. I should have ordered a TERENA Multi-Domain SSL Certificate. Is there anything that I can do to cancel the TERENA SSL Certificate order? The order is now: Pending (Awaiting validation (Brand)).

Hi,

The easiest way is to ‘Submit a Ticket’ with your order number, requesting a cancellation and refund
so that you can order the correct product.
