How to allow everything on LAN

Since I am currently thinking about recreating all my rules from scratch, I have a question:

Is there an easy way to set up a rule that will allow all traffic to and from my internal network (192.168.3.1-255), regardless of what application tries to connect?
I tried setting this up several times, as Global Rule, Allow TCP/UDP In and Out for the whole IP range, but still got asked many times, e.g. when another computer wants to connect to a file share or a multiplayer game.

Try changing the allow rule to allow IP instead of TCP/UDP. Under IP details fill in any. Does that do the trick for you?
