How to allow a Program LAN access after blocking it in Firewall popup?

hello!

before I try and mess up my config (set to custom), I hope somebody can tell me how to allow a blocked Application local Network access, i.e. 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.0.x

I want to keep it blocked from everything else.

Block Internet Access While Allowing Local Area Network (LAN) Access | Comodo but apply the rule to the application.

update. I added this (picture). I just allowed Loopback Networking aka 127.0.0.1. seems to work. thanks again!
