Typically there’s about a business day of processing. Have you sent an email to docs@comodo.com with your order number & domain name to query your order’s status?
Emailing that address just creates a support ticket.
Except in my case, where some sort of spam filter prevents my emails to docs@ ever being received by Comodo.
In short, once you have a ticket, there’s no value sending an email.
If you can find a technician online in the live chat, this tends to be the quickest way to get a response, but they seem to only be available at certain times of day.
