What is the most efficient way to report a false positive detection by Comodo programs?
My company is having issues with Comodo AV and PrivDog blocking our website and download files → we have anti virus scanners constantly running, regularly QA’d so we know that our websites and files are clean.
I have sent an email to the Comodo AntiVirus Lab and also posted in the PrivDog forum but have received no replies to either.
I know my company is not a customer of Comodo, but it is important that False Positives are dealt with properly by your organisation.
