How do I get rid of Comodo Firewall

I ran the uninstaller and something uninstalled but it was not the firewall. It still loads up and won’t go away. So I use Revo to get rid of it in the registry and now, I have no browser access to Port 80. How do I get rid of this and get my Windows 10 computer back??

Is it possible to remove this software from my Windows 10 computer? The uninstaller does nothing but uninstall the uninstall app. It does not remove comodo.
