How can I get a valid copy of guard64.dll?

I’m using CIS v 12.2.2.8012
with Windows 10 Pro x64 21H2

Windows Security event log contains frequent Audit Failure entries which complain that the image hash of guard64.dll is not valid.

I’ll try to attach a screengrab showing a typical entry.

Basically it is not an issue or security problem and can be safely ignored
