I confess I don’t have an answer for this, does the firewall in Internet Security have Hips?

Yes. Defense+ is the HIPS component. This comes with the firewall.
The memory firewall is also a part of Defense+. It can be found under Defense+ / Image Execution Control Settings. Here there is an option for detect shellcode injections. I believe that this is the memory firewall.
BOClean is integrated into the AV component of CIS.
