Does anyone else notice that the laps of time between popups is way higher than in CIS 5.10 when HIPS is set on paranoid mode? When I launch a program without HIPS rules it takes 5 sec between popups!
in my case the lapse is of around 3-4 secs for every pop i.e. hips firewall etc etc 
Please report a bug in beta bugs sticky in requested format. Slow here on a v fast Win7 machine.
