HIPS Blocks Windows Update Agent

Recently whenever I have HIPS enabled in my Comodo Firewall the Windows Update Agent will not run. Using latest Comodo Free Firewall. Windows 7 Enterprise (fully patched)

As long a I disable HIPS the update agent runs correctly. With HIPS enabled (in any mode) the update agent won’t even start. again this started in the last 2 weeks.

Hi mtltlguy,

I’ve sent a whitelist request with the mentioned files here.
If the issue persists after 2-3 weeks take a look at this work-around.
