it would be nice to have the scans hidden and only show if CIS finds something. maybe show a small popup saying scan start and scan ended

Alright. Technically a real time scanner is a background scanner, as it scans in the background. That’s not what the op is asking for, nor what I meant. I apologize for being so vague.
