Hi, I am new to teh forum, I need some help for info on the heuristics setting feature in the virus scanner setting. I do not se any info in the help section and I did not find anything on the search feature here, can someone help me?

Hey starfire, what sort of information do you mean?
If you’re referring to the heuristics scanning level (high, medium, low) then Low is the default, which I would recommend keeping for the real-time scanner, as this is (supposedly) the best balance between detection rate and as few FP’s as possible
