Hello, my friend has a very nasty advanced virus which sits deep in the system.
The target is now to identify the Virus.
It is a spyware someone installed sitting on the pc.
It logs everything and it slows down the pc considerably.
We think it is changing its signature and might only be found with heuristics.
Now i ran a comodo check with the antivirus.
It did not find anything.
I would now like to look up the heuristic findings and unknown potential threads.
However she would need to send me the logs.
How can she find the logs for unknown programs and heuristics only alerts?
Please also recommend me further steps.
