Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

Hi,
I posted in the Virus/Malware Removal Assistance forum, and was told to post here.

I was downloading a virus removal tool from AVG Website ( http://free.avg.com/au-en/win32-tanatos ) The file name is " rmtanat.exe " and I was downloading with flashget (I tried downloading without flashget and the result is same), however I noticed the extension was different with exe.jc! at the end (I downloaded it more than once and so the file I upload may have extra .jc! at the end)

And I’m not sure whether it was when I finished downloading or during the download, and alert from comodo appeared and it said heur.suspicious[at]104902093 and asked me to disinfect or quarantine / clean the file.

I’m not sure if I’m supposed to upload the file itself (the one I downloaded and is in Quarentine) or not, so I haven’t done so in this post.
